- Eligibility for Refunds:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at fenixunchained@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to Fenixco 1 stokes circuit taree nsw 2430 within 5 days of receiving the RA number.
- Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
- Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.
